Cancellation Policy
Austin Living Massage values your business and your time. Your service time is reserved especially for you. We ask that you treat our time with the same respect.
48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will automatically be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
No Shows
No-show appointments are treated the same as late cancellations and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Packages, Memberships & Gift Certificates
When a package, membership, or gift certificate is on file, the cancellation fee will be deducted from that balance rather than charged separately. Complimentary gift certificates will be rendered void in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Gift Cards
Gift cards must be presented at time of checkout. If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours or does not show, the gift card balance will be reduced by the amount of the cancellation fee.
Client Intake Form
If an appointment must be cancelled due to failure to complete and submit the Confidential Client Intake Form at least 48 hours before your appointment, the cancellation policy will still apply.
Can't Make It? Send Someone Else.
You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid the cancellation fee.
Please understand that our business income is service-based, and the time reserved for you cannot easily be filled on short notice. If you don't come to your appointment, we lose income we were counting on.
